A new mentoring starter kit for pre-school teachers was launched on Tuesday.
The starter kit - which consists of a Mentor Handbook and a Mentee Journal - suggests best practices in mentoring and serves as a guide to foster a mentoring culture in pre-schools.
Training provider SEED Institute developed the kit with education consultant Linda Croglia and inputs from other industry partners, together with support from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.
The kit will be distributed to over 16,000 pre-school teachers, in conjunction with Teacher's Day.
